Share of advertising revenue will be paid via electronic funds transfer to participating hotels, within 30 days following the end of each calendar quarter, contingent upon Vertical Impressions' receipt of payment from advertiser. In the event of an early termination of an advertising campaign by an advertiser, any revenue not yet generated will not be eligible for payment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What if I don’t want a specific advertiser or brand?

All advertisers are pre-approved by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts before any campaign is offered. If your property is selected for an elevator wrap campaign, you’ll receive full details, including the advertiser, creative design, and campaign duration (most run for about 12 weeks), before anything is installed. At that stage, you’ll have the option to participate or opt out of that specific campaign, while still remaining part of the program for future opportunities.

Q: Do I have to approve every single advertisement?

No. Wyndham Hotels & Resorts approves all advertiser and individual campaigns to help ensure they align with brand standards. You won’t need to review each one yourself, but you’ll always have the option to opt out of any ad campaign if you feel it’s not the right fit for your property.

Q: Is this program approved by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts?

Yes, this program has been reviewed and approved by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

Q: Are there any upfront costs or fees?

No upfront costs, no ongoing maintenance fees, and no operational expenses. This is completely free to participate in.4

Q: How much can I really earn?

Properties can earn up to $10,000 USD per year. Revenue varies based on location, advertiser demand, property traffic, and other market factors. Not every hotel will get booked for a campaign.1

Q: What if I want to be removed from the program?

You can opt out at any time. There are no long-term contracts or commitments. In the event that a hotel owner opts into a campaign, but then wishes to withdraw mid-campaign, they will be responsible for a fee of no more than $1,500 per elevator wrap.

Q: What kind of advertisers will be in my elevators?

Only pre-qualified brands that have been pre-approved by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts.

Q: Will this disrupt my operations?

Not at all. We schedule installation and removal at times that work with your operations, and we work on one elevator at a time to help minimize any impact.

Q: Do I have to wrap the interior or exterior of the elevators?

We support both options. You can choose to wrap just the exterior doors, just the interior walls, or both depending on what works best for your property.

Q: Can I add non-Wyndham properties to this program?

Yes! While this program was developed in partnership with Wyndham, we accept properties from all hotel brands and independent hotels. The same revenue opportunities and professional standards apply regardless of brand affiliation.
